J Rands Hutt was set up by Jon Hutt a well known and highly regarded Chartered Surveyor, based in Cambridge, UK. Jon has over 30 years experience in all aspects of Real Estate, specialising in commercial property and business strategy, development consultancy and place making,international portfolio and operational cost management.
Jon has specific expertise within the Technology and Life Sciences sector, having advised a number of pharmaceutical, biotech and ICT companies and has a strong interest in the delivery and use of renewable energy and creation of sustainable and environmentally friendly workplaces.
